Chapter 01

Wool, slowly

A good coat takes weeks. The cloth is woven and left to rest, then cut, and the collar is set by hand so it rolls the same way every time you turn it up.

We make a few outerwear pieces each year and keep making them. The point is a coat that outlives the season it was bought in.

Chapter 02

Linen in low light

European flax softens with every wash. We stonewash ours before it reaches you, so it drapes on the first day and only gets better.

Wear it loose in late summer, then layer it under knitwear when the evenings turn.

The case for fewer.

One piece worn for years replaces many worn once. Each names the region it comes from, and is made to be mended when it needs to be.

The Letter

A short note each season on new pieces, materials, and the people who make them.
